Every year, one of our biggest fundraisers is our Auction. Buying a ticket and participating is one of the best decisions you’ll make this year! There’s a ton that goes into it, so here’s a breakdown of how it all works:

The Auction team spends months securing incredible items, curating experiences, and planning the big event. It’s an evening of bidding and celebrating, and a great night out for the adults.

Leading up to the event, there are fun flash sales for experiences:

• Buy a ticket for your child to participate in the Homecoming Parade at Southlake Town Square
• Pie Mrs. Williams in the face! The highest bidder in each grade level wins the chance. The kids think it is hilarious and Mrs. Williams is a wonderful sport
• Buy a ticket to the grade level holiday parties hosted by the teachers

The Adult Event

The Auction culminates at the biggest event of the year: a night out for parents! Your ticket gets you access to the event and includes dinner and drinks all evening. There’s mingling, bidding, and oftentimes…dancing! It’s a great way to support the school and build community with other parents. It’s a can’t-miss event! 

This year’s theme is The Last Resort – think beach vibes! Dress in whatever makes you feel you’re on vacation. You can be as over-the-top or as understated as you want. During the evening you’ll be able to see all of the items you can bid on in the Silent Auction.

Silent Auction

This is the big time. We always have incredible things to bid on, from luxury items to stays at amazing vacation homes, and more…

Classroom Art

Our most coveted items are the grade level art. Our talented parents facilitate big art projects that include every child in the grade to create masterpieces. It’s one of our most special auction traditions!

Sign-and-Go Parties

At the event, you’ll also have the option to buy tickets to even more events called Sign-and-Go parties. These are fun events hosted by other parents, and all ticket sales go back to the school. We’ve seen wine tasting nights, mahjong tournaments, workout classes, and more! Another great way to meet people and deepen friendships with other parents.

Kids Rule the School and Campus Perks

These always go down to the wire! Every teaching staff member in the school will have an “assistant” for Kids Rule the School – that means they get treated like faculty (but with special activities!). This magical day happens the week before Spring Break.

Families can also bid on naming different rooms, like the Library, Gym, Art Room or hallways around school. Want your Alma Mater’s flag displayed in the Cafeteria? You can buy one! Parents can also bid on premium parking spots in the school lot for themselves.
